Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Caseload: School-based position providing social-emotional and behavioral support to students across assigned grade levels. The caseload may include individual counseling, group sessions, and collaboration with families and staff. The district prefers to discuss more details during the interview to find the best fit based on experience.

Pay Rate: Starting between $30$35+ per hour, based on experience
Requirements:

Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Active Michigan School Social Worker License or eligibility for licensure

Strong understanding of IEPs, behavioral interventions, and crisis response

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
